Inventory & Dispatch Manager
Location: Noosaville

Pottery For The Planet is looking for a highly organised, hands-on Inventory & Dispatch Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure our wholesale and online orders are dispatched accurately, on time, and with care.
This role is central to our operations — managing inventory integrity, coordinating daily dispatch, and leading the warehouse team to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience across B2B and B2C channels.
About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee all warehouse, inventory, and dispatch functions. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating outgoing orders, supporting production workflows, and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently, safely, and smoothly day to day.
This is a practical leadership role suited to someone who enjoys balancing systems, people, and physical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse & Dispatch Operations
- Manage the accurate and timely dispatch of wholesale (B2B) and online (B2C) orders
- Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch of all product lines
- Prepare daily dispatch documentation
- Ensure product quality control standards are met before dispatch
- Monitor and maintain packaging material stock levels and re-order points
- Manage warehouse layout, storage, and organisation for efficiency and safety
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse and shared spaces
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Maintain accurate inventory counts across wholesale and online channels
- Complete weekly stock checks and coordinate stocktakes as required
- Upload and maintain weekly stock updates to the online store
- Provide weekly production lists to the production team
- Liaise closely with the Production Manager on stock requirements
- Coordinate processing of stock from kilns and assist with kiln unloading
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Coordinate and prioritise daily tasks for the warehouse and dispatch team
- Support and guide dispatch assistants to meet accuracy and time targets
- Foster a positive, accountable, and solutions-focused team culture
- Customer Service & Reporting
- Provide a high level of customer service via phone, email, and in-person showroom support
- Respond to customer enquiries in line with company policies
- Track and review Broken in Transit, Lost in Transit, and shipping errors
- Communicate weekly findings to the team and implement process improvements
Who You Are:
You’re detail-driven, calm under pressure, and take pride in running a tight operation. You’re comfortable leading a team while also being hands-on.

- 2–3 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management
- Strong organisational and time-management skills

Wholesale Assistant
Location: Noosaville, QLD

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Wholesale Assistant to support our growing wholesale department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven business and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our stockists across Australia.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Wholesale Manager, this role will support both warehouse operations and customer service functions. Your day-to-day will involve a balance of hands-on order processing, dispatch coordination, and proactive communication with our valued wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and dispatching B2B orders with care and accuracy
- Preparing dispatch documentation and booking couriers
- Managing wholesale inventory uploads and restocks
- Following up and reconciling lost or damaged goods in transit
- Providing top-tier customer service to wholesale clients
- Onboarding new stockists and managing ongoing communication
- Maintaining the wholesale stockist database and supporting sales initiatives
Who You Are:

- Previous experience in wholesale, dispatch/logistics, or customer service is highly desirable.
Production Assistant
Location: Noosaville, QLD
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Join the production team behind Australia’s #1 Travel Cup! This hands-on role is perfect for someone keen to learn pottery, work with their hands, and be part of a creative, fast-paced studio environment.
This is a rare opportunity to work behind the scenes in a leading Australian ceramics brand, supporting the production of our much-loved travel cups, bowls and ceramic ranges. You’ll work closely with our Production Manager and studio team to keep production running smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
About the Role:
- Support the production of Pottery For The Planet ceramic products, including cups and bowls
- Assist with glazing processes and loading and unloading kilns
- Follow production workflows and instructions to meet daily and weekly targets
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe studio environment
- Carry out basic studio maintenance and assist with care of tools and equipment
- Uphold quality control standards across all finished products
- Monitor studio materials and report low stock levels to the Production Manager
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to improving production systems
Who You Are:
- Genuine interest in pottery and handmade ceramics
- Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
- Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Positive team player with a willingness to learn
- Current driver’s licence and own transport
- Available for an immediate start
