Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped from Noosa, Queensland. We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

Australia - Standard Post Within Queensland: 2 to 4 business days Interstate: 3 to 6 business days

Australia - Express Post Within Queensland: 1 to 2 business days Interstate: 1 to 3 business days

New Zealand - Standard Post only 4 to 10 business days

Dispatch and Processing

Orders placed before 8am are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will go out in the next shipping run.

During busy periods, including sales, EOFY, Black Friday, and the Christmas holiday period, dispatch may take up to 10 business days. We will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Express delivery is available at checkout for faster delivery within Australia.

In-store collection is available at our Noosa Showroom.

Packaging

We use recycled and repurposed packaging for all orders and encourage you to reuse or recycle it where possible. Packaging materials are sourced locally wherever we can.

Returns and Damaged Items

We pack every order with care, but occasionally things can get damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it - just notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
