• Orders placed before 8am are usually dispatched the same day, except during busy sale periods when dispatch may take up to 10 business days
• We ship to Australia and New Zealand only
• Standard Post within Australia: 2 to 4 business days in Queensland, 3 to 6 business days interstate
• Express Post within Australia: 1 to 2 business days in Queensland, 1 to 3 business days interstate
• New Zealand: Standard Post, 4 to 10 business days
• Express delivery available at checkout
• In-store collection available at our Noosa Showroom
• All orders are packed using recycled and repurposed packaging materials

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind
• We will replace any item damaged in transit, provided you notify us within 24 hours of your delivery being marked as received
• To claim a transit replacement: retain all original packaging, photograph the damage alongside the packaging, and email hello@potteryfortheplanet.com with the subject line BROKEN IN TRANSIT followed by your invoice number
• We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs once the order is in your care
