Did you know? We can capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos throughout the making of your Custom Branded Cups. From your logo being hand-stamped into the clay through to the finished cups coming out of the kiln.

It's a great way to share the story behind your Cups, showcasing your support of Australian craftsmanship, while giving your customers a glimpse into the hands-on process behind every piece. We’ll send you a WeTransfer File once the order is ready to be dispatched.

Pricing:

Ceramic Cup: AUD$29.50 (inc. GST) per cup for all size and glaze options.
RRP for resale is $42 - $49
Logo Stamp Setup AUD$90 (inc. GST) per stamp. This is a one-off fee to create your custom logo stamp, which we keep on file for future orders
Optional Gift Boxes AUD$1.00 (inc. GST) per cup (we'll pack each cup into its gift box before dispatch)
Optional Heatbands AUD$1.00 (inc. GST) per band (we'll pack each band in the cup before dispatch)
Optional Behind-the-Scenes Content $ WeTransfer folder containing all of the content for you to use however you like

Your Logo Requirements

For best results, provide us with a Vector File (SVG).

DO'S

✅ Either sub-mark (logo) or word-mark.

✅ Clear in design

✅ Maximum number of letters is 9 (stacked logos under 9 is fine)

DON'TS

❌ Fine art detail-heavy

❌ Letters in thin/fine fonts

❌ Letters too close together

❌ Text over 9 letters long

Before You’re Ready to Complete Your Order Form

Remember:

Minimum Standard Order Quantity is 60 cups
Lead Time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the time your stamp is created, based on approved artwork and payment. Please note: lead times may vary during peak periods.
Cups Available in 6oz, 8oz (our most popular size), and 12oz.

If your artwork doesn’t meet the criteria, we’ll email you to submit a new design. Please make sure your artwork meets these guidelines. We will not take payment until your logo is finalised and ready to print.
