Retail Assistant – Noosa & Eumundi

Casual 15 to 30 hours per week.

Are you a people person with a passion for sustainable living, beautiful handmade products, and excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team across our Noosa and Eumundi showrooms.

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys working across different locations, and is eager to support a mission-led business that’s making a positive impact on the planet.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering a warm, welcoming customer experience in-store

  • Assisting with sales, stock handling, and visual merchandising

  • Supporting marketing activities and in-store promotions

  • Ensuring our showrooms are clean, organised, and beautifully presented

  • Being a part of our brand's story and sharing it with customers

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong communicator with a natural flair for customer service

  • Experience in retail or customer-facing roles essential

  • Someone who is proactive, organised, and has great attention to detail

  • A team player who is comfortable working independently across different sites

  • A passion for sustainable living and handcrafted products is a big plus!

This is a casual position offering 15 - 30 hours per week.
